MAILING INFORMATION

If you are new to mailing, you quickly find out that there is kind of a postal "jargon" that can be confusing or intimidating. The explanation form below can help clear up some of the terms that are most often used.

The Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) can be downloaded and completed, then emailed or faxed to your customer service representative when submitting your mailing list. When filling out the form, you only need to complete the top section with the List Owner information, and UGI will complete the middle and bottom sections. This form is required before your list can be processed through the US Postal NCOA database.
